In all the musical genres there are women who have left a great legacy either because of their voice, their interpretation or because of the impressive performance of an instrument. There are still people who are surprised when they listen to a woman playing an instrument, that's how battles against sexism have been fought in the music, because gender, race, etc. do not matter here.     1-Jennifer Batten:
For many years she was the guitarist of Michael Jackson, composed the guitar for the song 'Bad', played at halftime of the 1993 Super Bowl and on the Dangerous World Tour. She has collaborated with artists such as Jeff Beck, Michael Sambello, Miguel Mateos, among others.

     2-Orianthi:
At age 15 she was the guitarist Steve Vai's opening act. She has collaborated with Carlos Santana, Eric Clapton, ZZ Top and is known to be Michael Jackson's guitarist when Jennifer Batten left. She would be playing on Michael Jackson's tour 'This Is It', but it was not performed because of Jackson's death .

     3-Kaki King:
Her style stands out for playing the guitar and incorporating percussion. Combine techniques such as tapping with slap, loops and some jazz. She was named the first woman "goddess of the guitar" by Rolling Stone magazine.

She was a member of The Runaways when she was 16 years old. It was name to the Grammy Prize in 1985 like "Better feminine interpretation of rock". She has collaborated with Ozzy Osbourne.

She belonged to 'The Blackhearts' Rock Band and among her best known songs are' I Love Rock 'n roll', 'I Hate Myself for Loving You', 'Bad Reputation' and more. She was also at The Runaways. She left a great legacy for her musical talent and for the female rock and rebel figure of her time.

She is Mexican and plays rhythm guitar and percussion in the Rodrigo y Gabriela duo. Her style includes genres such as Latin music, rock and flamenco.
